EU Compliance — Ready Before the Deadline

The EU Digital Product Passport is becoming mandatory. Start now, not when it's too late.

Jul 2024 ESPR entered into force (Reg. 2024/1781) Digital Product Passport framework is EU law — all sectors in scope.
Jul 2026 EU DPP registry infrastructure due EU digital infrastructure live. Platform interoperability required.
Sept 2026 ECGT Directive — green claims ban takes effect Generic terms like “eco-friendly” or “sustainable” become illegal without per-product verifiable evidence. Affects every brand selling in the EU.
Feb 2027 Battery passport mandatory No DPP = no EU market access for batteries. Member-state fines must be “effective, proportionate, and dissuasive”.
Late 2027 Textiles & furniture delegated acts adopted Rules for fashion brands finalised. 18 months to comply from adoption date.
2028–29 Textiles compliance obligations take effect Fashion brands without DPP face EU market access restrictions. Implementation window closes in 2026.
